These rooms are composed as follows: Ground floor master bedroom on the 1st in 160 with a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and on the 2nd 4 bedrooms (3 with 160 beds and one with 2 90 cm beds).
A swimming pool of 5mX10 with large beach completes this rental.

This stone building, characteristic of the Drôme villages, is located in the heart of the village of Roynac, the view from the swimming pool and the bedrooms overlooks the plain. The tranquility of the countryside is an asset for anyone wishing a family vacation in a place with all the comforts for this. The swimming pool with its pool for the little ones will delight its occupants. A large shaded terrace will be ideal for family meals and evenings with friends.

In addition, the living space of the house with its 6 bedrooms and its large living room, allows everyone to find their place.

The house is composed as follows:

Ground floor: an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave oven, induction hob, fridge oven), a large bedroom with a 160 cm bed plus a cot, umbrella bed and changing table, bath for children, a large bathroom with walk-in shower and a toilet.
1st Floor: a large dining room with fitted kitchen including (dishwasher, microwave oven, induction hob, fridge oven), a living room with 2 sofas and two armchairs, a library, board games, a double washbasin bathroom with a toilet, a bidet, a walk-in shower, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
2nd Floor: 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, 3 bedrooms with 160 cm beds and a toilet with washbasin. All our rooms have a wardrobe and storage.
Sheets are provided as well as tea towels, bath towels are at your expense.

It is a quiet village made up of boules pitches, play areas for children and a restaurant called “la petite auberge” with its very friendly chef. Local shops are 3 km away and supermarkets 23 km away. Hikes and bike rides are possible, routes on request. It is a popular spot for paragliders. Rivers are not far from this village.

As mentioned, this gîte is not suitable for noisy evenings with music outside because in the heart of a village, calm and desired from 10 p.m. and loud noise or music strongly discouraged
