In the heart of our orchards, traditional, artisanal production using the finest raw cocoa beans from around the world, selected for their delicate aromas, from Trinidad, Sao Tomé, Ecuador, Peru, Vietnam, Madagascar...
Roasted, ground and conched in our own workshops, their special blend, the fruit of ancestral know-how, gives our chocolate the richness of taste and finesse for which it is renowned.
Combined with authentic products, such as almonds from Provence, hazelnuts and Morello cherries from our own orchards, our chocolate enables us to create a vast range of specialties to seduce the most demanding connoisseurs.
