Our confections are handcrafted in our copper cauldrons from carefully selected products. You'll discover tender or crunchy nougat made with IGP lavender honey from Provence and roasted almonds of French varieties (1887 recipe), gourmet and refined calisson made with candied melons, orange peel and almonds. Our Provencal cookies (croquants aux amandes de Provence, navette à la fleur d'oranger, galettes au petit épeautre de Sault) and our collection of regional honey.
