SUPREM'NOUGAT, G. Savin, is a serene and dynamic company, very rooted at the local level and proud to propose a top-of-the-range artisanal product like the famous nougat of Montélimar.
Description
It is run by Jacques and Ghislaine SAVIN, who are brother and sister. They manage some twenty employees.
In ten years, they have doubled the company's sales. Each year, they produce over 120 tonnes of Montélimar nougat and calissons.
SUPREM'NOUGAT is now sold in patissiers, confectioners, delicatessens and regional produce stores.
It is beginning to make inroads into the supermarket market, when supermarkets accept the challenge of quality.
Export sales to Canada and the U.S.A. account for 10% of total sales.
