DAY 1

09:30 AM : guided tour of a traditional nougat factory, a local specialty from Montélimar (cooking process in the morning during the week, upon request on the week end).

10:30 AM : guided tour to discover the very heart of Montelimar.

Midday : lunch at the restaurant, set menu including starter, course, dessert, 1/4 wine and coffee.

03:00 PM : guided tour of the Castle of Montelimar, an urban palace built in the 12th century by the powerful Adhémar family.

05:00 PM : visit a winery in Allan and taste its production.

07:30 PM : dinner at the restaurant, set menu including starter, course, dessert, 1/4 wine and coffee.

09:30 PM : back to the hotel in the city center (3 or 4 stars).

DAY 2

08:00 AM : breakfast at the hotel.

09:30 AM : guided tour in Marsanne, a charming overlooking village with a special link to France history.

Midday : lunch at the restaurant, set menu including starter, course, dessert, 1/4 wine and coffee.

03:00 PM : visit and tasting in the Aix&Terra manufacture, specialized in provençal recipes such as spreads, dippers, truffle-based products, mustard, organic oil, vinegar...

04:30 PM : guided tour of Spirales de Lux, a spirulina production site. Taste spirulina-based condiment and find your future cooking best ally.
